I have not experienced better support
I was attracted by Cloud Next's prices and, after some research, decided to move a number of websites to their hosting. It's the kind of job I dread but after moving 10 websites, 30+ email accounts. multiple MYSql databases and 35Gb of data, I can honestly say it was far easier and less stressful than I thought possible.
The email and wordpress migration tools made everything so quick and easy. The only issue I had was with the DNS records of one site - I raised a support ticket at 10.20pm and it was fixed by 10.40pm!
After 25+ years of website building using a number of highly recommended webhosts, I have not experienced better support. Nice fast servers too.

I cannot praise this company enough
I cannot praise this company enough and would 100% recommend.
They answered all my questions quickly on setting up my Parish Councils emails. They are truly a professional team who value customer service, which is a rarity these days. Furthermore, they offer a great service at a fraction of the price of their competitors.
It's reassuring to know that should I have any queries in the future I know I will get their support and help. Great job guys!!

Moving 2 websites to Cloud Next has been amazingly easy, although there were new interfaces to get my mind sorted on, but in fairness with help I'm on the right side now. I am also using ssl as part of the package which could have cost £118 including VAT!

I'm a stickler for a good support team and Cloud Next have the best support team I have had dealings with, very fast responses and always helpful in a non tech language I could understand. Breath of fresh air
These chaps/ladies are a breath of fresh air to me. It's great to deal with a company that is based in the UK. A smaller company where, to me, its service knocks the bigger companies out of the park. For me, being dyslexic, they are patient and understanding. I can't recommend them enough. And there background software is impressive too.

I honestly can't recommend them highly enough
I've worked with web hosts since 2002 when I set up my first web design business. Many are terrible, some are pretty good, but CloudNext are a cut above. Mind blowingly fast support (tickets answered in under a minute sometimes!), high quality answers, and always go the extra mile.
The control panel is simple and intuitive, and the whole experience has just been so refreshing.
I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
And for reference, there are no incentives for me leaving this review; they're just genuinely a great company in this arena and I'm happy to tell people

Exceptional Customer Service
I've often thought of writing a review as repeatedly Cloud Next return exceptional customer service. I changed over from a larger more well known provider and discovered a significant saving and considerably better service. Understated and probably under used and under priced. Why not test drive a few of their services and see for yourself.
It's been sometime since I made the above statement about Cloud Next and if anything the customer service and technical support has got even better - always looking to resolve your issue if it is in their power to do so. The support service is always prompt, polite and very professional which is so important when working with web design and hosting.

I would use no other company for hosting EVER!
I have use Cloud next for many many years now. The control panel is very simple to use to manage all of your domains but more importantly the support ticket system is absolutely second to none. If you have a question, problem or just need some help just raise a ticket and within literally minute somebody has dealt with your ticket. I would use no other company for hosting EVER!

You simply will not find a company that will look after you like Cloud Next! We all (at some point) need assistance as technology takes leaps and bounds, but with the Technical Help I have received from Cloud Next, I have not yet found anything they couldn't fix. I suggested to them to write a book, it would sell like hot cakes. I promise, if you give them a try, you will definitely not be disappointed.
